CEB conducts first-round interviews on many campuses. See our Recruiting Calendar for specific dates. For those campuses we do not visit, first-round interviews will be conducted via phone. Please note: All candidates should be prepared for a writing exercise. Research candidates should be prepared for case-based interviews.

Final-round interviews will be conducted in our Washington, D.C. offices on Fridays throughout the fall semester. You will spend the first part of your day learning about CEB and getting a feel for our company. Your interview will take place that afternoon. For Sales candidates, prior to the Interview Day, you will complete a second-round interview via phone, and your third round will take place in DC.

Decision deadlines are based on your school’s requirements or 2-4 weeks after the Interview Day you attend.
