Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academies have been an outstanding growth story for CEB. HRLA is a performance acceleration product that brings together emerging HR leaders from a wide variety of companies for a one-year program that blends classroom training, project-based activities, an online resource portal, and on-going peer support and interaction. The program focuses on upskilling HR generalists with business and analytical skills to help them become high-performing strategic business partners to their own line clients. The curriculum design uses many of CEB’s strengths, including our network-based approach to content and curriculum creation, our executive education expertise, and our ability to create tools and templates to support daily workflow.
