We currently The Corporate Executive Board currently offers a choice of two medical plans through CIGNA. The Consumer plan option offers coverage at 90% for in-network services and 70% for out-of-network services. The Traditional plan option offers coverage at 90% (most routine care covered at 100%) for in-network services and 60% for out-of-network services. Both plans share the following benefits:

- 100% covered yearly eye exam
- Discounts on laser eye surgery
- $200 reimbursement every 12 months
- Preventative care expenses covered at 100% (2 cleanings annually)

- You can purchase additional Life and AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner and your child(ren)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) let you set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for a variety of out-of-pocket expenses. Corporate Executive Board offers the following FSA plans for its staff:

The Corporate Executive Board plan allows you to put pre-tax wages into a retirement savings account, and CEB will match a portion of your contributions. Benefits of participating in the 401(k) plan include:
